HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 79-1995 RESOLUTION NO. 79-95 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: WHEREAS, Theo. C. Kryger/Olin Gile, owners of the E70' of Lot 3, Block 3, Third Addition, also known as 323/325 2nd Avenue, have submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a three(3)unit apartment. WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use Permit Application. 1. The Conditional Use Permit goes with Theo. C. Kryger as owner of the apartment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Pernut is hereby approved. C. Kryger/Olin Gile, owners of the E70' of Lot 3, Block 3, Third Addition, also known as 323/325 2nd Avenue At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing thereon.
