BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Theo. C. Kryger/Olin Gile, owners of the E70' of Lot 3, Block 3, Third
Addition, also known as 323/325 2nd Avenue, have submitted to the governing board an
application for a Conditional Use Permit for a three(3)unit apartment.
WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Permit Application.
1. The Conditional Use Permit goes with Theo. C. Kryger as owner of the apartment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Pernut is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 19th day of September, 1995.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 2:00 o'clock PM on Tuesday, September
19, 1995 in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to
allow a Conditional Use Permit for
Theo. C. Kryger/Olin Gile, owners of the E70' of Lot 3, Block 3, Third Addition, also
known as 323/325 2nd Avenue
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.
