A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
GEORGE DOKKEN POST NO. 2118, VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE LTNITED
STATES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that
the City of Brookings intends to enter into a Lease Agreement with GEORGE DOKKEN POST
NO. 2118, VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE iJNITED STATES, in accordance with
the terms and conditions set forth in the"Lease Agreement", a true copy of which is attached
hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Finance Officer are hereby authorized
to execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 2nd day of October, 1995.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO ENTER INTO
LEASE AGREEMENT WITH GEORGE DOKKEN POST NO. 2118, VETERANS OF
FOREIGN WARS OF THE IJNITED STATES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Brookings City Commission shall hold a Public
Hearing on the proposed adoption of a Resolution of intent to enter into a Lease Agreement with
GEORGE DOKKEN POST NO. 2118, VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS OF THE LJNITED
STATES.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said Hearing will occur at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on
Monday, October 2, 1995, in the City Commission Chambers, City Ha11, 311 Third Avenue,
Brookings, South Dakota 67006.
If you require assistance, alternative formats and/or accessible locations consistent with
the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the City Finance Officer at 692-6281 at least
forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Hearing.
Any person interested may appear and be heard in this matter.
