WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Finance Office of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent of
the adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the
City of Brookings:
That the portion of the right-of-way lying between the south halves of Sections 26-
T110N-RSOW and 27-T110N-RSOW(airport land) is hereby vacated subject to an easement for
all utilities retained over, on and under the West 33' of the South 208' of Section 26,T110N-
RSOW.
Passed and approved this 7th day of November, 1995.
