WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Finance Officer of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent of
the adjacent property owners.
NOW, 'TF�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the
City of Brookings:
That the easement for the North fifty feet (N50') of the East eighty feet(E80') of Lot 6 of
LeFevre Addition in Section 30, T110N, R49W recorded at the Brookings County Register of
Deeds oi£ce in Miscellaneous Book 98, Page 454 and Page 833 is hereby vacated.
AND BE IT FLTRTT�R RESOLVED that the said vacation is in return for the granting of
an easement Recorded in Miscellaneous Book 138, Page 667.
Passed and approved this 17th day of October, 1995.
