BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the final payment and change orders
(1-7) be allowed for the Edgebrook Clubhouse Expansion Project.

CCO#2 Heating& Air Conditioning deduct $ 800.00
CCO#3 Raised Seating Area add $2,217.00
CCO#4 Delete Suspended Ceiling deduct $ 812.00
CCO#5 Re-route Water Services deduct $ 450.00
CCO#6 Add sink, move sink, etc. add $1,239.00
CCO#7 Shingle extra roof, add closet add $1,660.00
Total $2,754.00
Final contract amount of$167,856.00 authorized for payment.
