BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
W�-�REAS, Dennis and Jenny Sutton, owners of Lot 1, Block 3, Telkamp Second
Addition, also known as 2005 Highway 14 By-Pass, have submitted to the governing board an
application for a Conditional Use Permit for a kennel.
WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Permit Application:
1. Only for indoor kenneling in conjunction with an animal hospital.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 21 st day of November, 1995.
