BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Craig Kreyger, DBA Division Developers Inc., owners of S 1/2 of Lot 3 and
all of Lot 4 in the NE1/4, NW1/4 of Section 35-T110N-RSOW, have submitted to the governing
board an application for a Conditional Use Pernut for light manufacturing.
WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Pernut Application:
1. The conditional use is for Vision Developers only.
2. This specific use is to be for Larson Manufacturing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 21 st day of November, 1995.
