AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#1) FOR AIRPORT IlVIPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 3-46-0005-11 (SCHEDULE 2) (MUTH ELECTRIC, INC.)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Airport Improvement Project 3-46-0005-11 (Schedule 2).
Construction Change Order Number 1
Connect existing runway signs to the new lighting circuits on Runway 12/30. Replace the
existing clear lenses with split clear/yellow lenses on the west 2000 feet of runway lighting.
Total project cost increase is $8,610.50.
Passed and approved this 28th day of November, 1995.
