RESOLUTION NO. 113-95
UNCOLLECTIBLE CHECKS REMOVED FROM LIQUOR STORE RECORDS
WHEREAS, the Brookings Municipal Liquor Store has received a total amount of
$519.96 in insufficient funds and no account checks; and
WHEREAS; these checks have been processed for collection with the States Attorney and
Sheriffs Office and a Collection Agency and have been considered uncollectible;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the checks totalling $519.96 be
determined as uncollectible and removed from the records. Such checks will be retained by the
State's Attorney Office to support possible subsequent collection of that debt.
Passed and approved this 19th day of December, 1995.
