RESOLUTION NO. 118-95
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, through its Industrial Development Fund, is the owner of
the Wiese Industrial property consisting of approximately 94 acres and,
WHEREAS, the Brookings Municipal Utilities has requested to utilize 1.84 acres for a
substation, located in the North 200' of the East 400' of Block 7 of Wiese Addition,
AND WHEREAS in Resolution No. 133-94, which was approved December 20, 1994, a 1.84
acre tract was previously transferred to the Brookings Municipal Utilities for a sub-station site,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the N200' of the E400' of Block 7 Wiese
Addition be transferred to the Brookings Municipal Utilities for use as a sub-station site in place of and
in exchange for the tract previously designated by Resolution No. 133-94.
Passed and approved this 26th day of December, 1995.
