BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Terry Nemitz, owner of Lot 2, Block 11, Camelot Square (1310 12th Street
South) has submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Pernut for sign artist.
WHEREAS, there were no conditions stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved.
Passed and approved this 26th day of December, 1995.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of
the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 7:30 o'clock on Tuesday, December 26, 1995 in the
Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for consideration and adoption
with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to allow a Conditional Use Permit for:
Terry Nemitz, owner of Lot 2, Block 1 l, Camelot Square, also known as 1310 12th Street
South for sign artist.
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete hearing
hereon.
