UNCOLLECTIBLE ACCOUNTS TO BE REMOVED
FROM GENERAL FUND RECORDS
WHEREAS, The Brookings Street Department has received a total amount of$70.00 in
uncollectible accounts; and
WHEREAS, these accounts have been considered as uncollectible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the checks totaling $70.00 be determined
as uncollectible and removed from the records. Such accounts will be retained by the Finance
Office as inactive for possible subsequent collection of that debt.
Passed and approved this 31 st day of December, 1996.

which occurred on August 2 , 1995 .
Please remit the sum of $70. 00 within ten ( 10) days of the
date of this letter directly to the City of Brookings Street
Department , P . O . Box 270, Brookings , South Dakota 57006.
In the event your account is not fully paid within ten ( 10)
days , we will be required to pursue further legal procedures in
collection thereof .
