TRADE-IN OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, is the owner of the following property:
1 - Time Clock(Street)
1 - Typewriter Sharp (Street)
1 -L-shaped desk(Street)
1 - Air Conditioner Fire/Police Building (General Government Buildings)
1 - Jewel Power Washer(SWF)
1 -Lasermaster Printer(Engineer)
1 - Treadmill Schwinn (Police)
1 - Printer Star(Fire)
1 - 1970 LaVerne Pumper Fire Truck (Fire)
1 - Greenmaster#3 Mower(Park)
1 - Tractor Ford 641 (Park)
1 -Radio Counsel (Police)
WHEREAS, the above property is no longer necessary, useful or suitable for City
purposes, and it is the desire of the City of Brookings to trade-in the surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus property to be traded-in on
replacement items.
Passed and approved this 31 st day of December, 1996.
