APPOINTING MEMBERS FOR THE BROOKINGS TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMITTEE �
WHEREAS, the City Commission, in Resolution No. 58-90 established a BROOKINGS
TRAFFIC SAFETY CONIlVIITTEE.
AND WHEREAS, the Public Safety Commissioner, Barb Murra, has recommended the
following persons to serve on said Traffic Safety Committee representing specific categories of
membership and having terms ending as follows:
Pete Egart Citizen at large 12-31-98
Dave Peterson Brookings School System 12-31-98
Margie Wagner-Carpenter Citizen-at large 12-31-98
Gregg Jongeling City Traffic Engineer 12-31-98
James Hornby Police 12-31-98
Pat Foust SDSU 12-31-99
Jim Skyberg Chamber of Commerce 12-31-99
Dr. Larry Boutelle Religion 12-31-99
George Prest Industry 12-31-99
Eric Erickson News Media 12-31-97
Skip Webster Automobile Insurance 12-31-97
Louis Skubic Senior Citizens 12-31-97
Daryl Englund Joggers/Bicyclists 12-31-97
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that said
recommendation is hereby confirmed.
This resolution supersedes Resolution No. 120-95, passed on the 26th day of December,
1995.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of December, 1996. �
