LINE NO. 001 P MOBILIZATION +369.39
Contract increased by$18,469.56, which is more than 5%. According to specification 9.10E mobilization shall include the
increase in two percent excise tax. Mobilization-$27,000.00+ (2%)($18,469.56) _$27,369.39
LINE NO. 002P ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOSITE +33.2 TON
An additional 33.2 ton of asphalt concrete composite was necessary to satisfactorily complete the work.
LINE NO. 007P TYPE 1 B REMOVAL (CONCRETE) -13.9 SG1YD
125.5 SOYD of Type 1 B Removal was done to complete the project.
