WHEREAS, the city of Brookings, through its Industrial Development Fund, is the owner
of the Crilkerson Industrial Property and
WHEREAS, the Brookings Economic Development Corporation has requested to sell the
remaining 6.12 acres for further industrial development
AND, WHEREAS the 6.12 acres will be sold at $6,000 per acre for a total cost of
$36,720.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign a
purchase agreement with Brookings Economic Development Corporation for Lot 4 Exc. N78.8'
thereof in Block 5 of Gilkerson's Addition to the City of Brookings.
