BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, owner and developer, has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of Lots 1 through 6, Block 7, Lots 1 through 7, Block 10 and Lot A of
Moriarty-Edgebrook Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that a11 municipal
t�es and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to
the law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and aze hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 26th day of November, 1996.
