RESOLUTION NO. 104-96
AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF ALTERNATE DAILY COVER APPLICATOR
FOR THE SOLID WASTE FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings Solid Waste Department has a need for an alternate
daily cover applicator to assist in e�ctending the life of the landfill and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings would purchase off the City of Mitchell bid proposal.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the Mayor be
authorized to sign an agreement for a purchase of an alternate daily cover applicator with New
Waste Concepts of Perrysburg, Ohio.
Passed and approved this 19th day of November, 1996.
