I-1R SITE PLAN
NOW, WHEREAS, Prest Rack, Inc. is proposing an expansion of their manufacturing
facility and
WHEREAS, the e}usting I-1R site plan has been revised as follows:
1. Build a 48' x 104' warehouse.
2. Establish a 50' x 125' fenced storage area between the existing building and the
proposed building.
Said revisions to be incorporated into the initial I-1R Site Plan dated August 15, 1989.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commission of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota to approve a revised I-1R site plan on Lots 7 and 8, Insbrook Park Addition and Twelfth
Railroad Addition.
Passed and approved this 12th day of November, 1996.
