SETTING THE IJNIT FINANCIAL CHARGE FOR 1997 STORM DRAINAGE FEES
WHEREAS, Chapter 35, Article V, Section 35, 101-(c) of the Revised Ordinance of the
City of Brookings, provides for setting the unit financial charge of Storm Drainage, by
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unit financial charge shall be 0.00014
for Storm Drainage purposes.
Passed and approved this 8th day of October, 1996.
