AGREEMENT FOR LEASE/PURCHASE OF MOTOR GRADER FOR SOLID WASTE
FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings Solid Waste Department has a need for a motor gader
to assist in the handling of large soil projects and I
WI�REAS, the City of Brookings would lease/pwchase offthe Edmunds County bid �I
proposal. 'I
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the Mayor be I
authorized to sign an agreement for a lease/purchase of a motor gader, Model 140H, with Butler
Equipment of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I
Passed and approved this 8th day of October, 1996.
