HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 81-1996 RESOLUTION NO. 81-96 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH: WHEREAS, Pierce National Life Insurance Company, formerly known as Brookings International Life Insurance, owner of the hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of Block 2 of Pheasants Nest Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any upon said plat and survey have been executed according to law. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in all things accepted and approved. Passed and approved this lOth day of September, 1 96.
