WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Finance Office of the City of �

WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent of
the adjacent property owners.
NOW, 'TI-�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commission of the City
of Brookings:
� the north ten feet (10')of Front Street abutting Lot 10 and the east 67.5' of Lot 8, Block
1, Skinners First Addition
Passed and approved this 27th day of August, 19 6.
