RESOLUTION NO. 71-96
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Finance Office of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent
(100%) ofthe adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings:
the north ten feet (10') of Front Street abutting the W125' of Lot 8, Block 1, Skinners
Addition
Passed and approved this 13th day of August, 1996.� �
