ESTABLISHING NEW ANNUAL SALARY FOR THE POLICE CHIEF OF THE CITY
OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police position has taken on additional duties and responsibilities
to include Enhanced 911 and Animal Control and
WI�REAS, the Chief of Police job description has been changed to reflect those
additional duties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the
City of Brookings that the annual salary of the Police Chief of the City of Brookings, effective
July 1, 1996 will be $47,000. ($3,916.67 per month).
Passed and approved this 6th day of August, 1996.
