RESOLUTION NO. 62-96
WHEREAS, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Finance Office of the City of
Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent
(100%) of the adjacent property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Commissioners of the
City of Brookings:
that the portion of Pine Avenue between Orchard Drive and Fifth Street South be and the
same is hereby vacated subject to an easement for all utilities retained over, on and under
the W20', the NS' and SS' of Block 9 and the NS' and SS' of Block 8 after the street is
vacated.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of 7uly, 1996.
