WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has identified the need for economic development, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings proposes to be involved in the construction of a Ag-
Center and meet the economic development needs of the community, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brookings duly authorizes the Mayor
to sign all applications with USDA Rural Development requesting up to $3,000,000.00 in loans.
