HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 52-1996 RESOLUTION NO. 52-96 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA: WHEREAS, Sunny Meadows Mobile Home Park, owner of a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 35-T110N-RSOW has submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home/manufactured housing park in a Residence R-3A district. WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use Permit Application: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved.
