BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Sunny Meadows Mobile Home Park, owner of a portion of the SE1/4 of
Section 35-T110N-RSOW has submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional
Use Permit for a mobile home/manufactured housing park in a Residence R-3A district.
WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use
Permit Application:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 25th day of June, 1996.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, 7une 25,
1996 in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to
allow a Conditional Use Permit for:
owner of a portion of the SE1/4 of Section 35-T110N-RSOW for a mobile
home/manufactured housing park in a Residence R-3A district.
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.

the City Planning Commission at .7:30 PM on Tuesday, June 4 ,
199 6 , in the Commission Chambers in the lower level of City
Hall, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City
Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.
The City of Brookings is respvnsive to requests for
