RESOLUTION NO. 51-96
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WI�REAS, Peace Lutheran Church, owner of Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Peterson's
Addition, also known as 627 Sth Avenue has submitted to the governing board an application for
a Conditional Use Permit for a church in a Business B-2 district.
WHEREAS, no conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional Use
Permit Application:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 25th day of June, 1996.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 7:30 o'clock P.M, on Tuesday, June 25,
1996 in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to
allow a Conditional Use Pernut for:
of Lots 9 and 10, Block 1, Peterson's Addition, also known as 627 Sth, for a church in a
Business B-2 district.
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.

Planninq Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.
