AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND
ENCROAC�IMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID CONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS NUMBER PH8006(26) AND PH8006(27)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby authorize
the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement for State Aid Construction
Projects in Brookings, South Dakota. These projects are as follows:
PH8006(26)PCEMS 4537 Twenty-second Avenue and Orchard Drive Signal System
PH8006(27)PCEMS 4539 Eighth Street South from Main Avenue to Twenty- second
Avenue pavement marking and signal modification
Passed and approved this 28th day of May, 1996.
