RESOLUTION ASSURING THAT NO RIGHT OF WAY IS NEEDED FOR FEDERAL
AID PROJECTS NUMBER PH8006(26) AND PH8006(27) LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, SD, has prepared plans, data, and information in
accordance with South Dakota Department of Transportation guidelines necessary to construct
the following projects:
PH8006(26) PCEMS 4537 Twenty-second Avenue and Orchard Drive Signal System
PH8006(27) PCEMS 4539 Eighth Street South from Main Avenue to Twenty- second
Avenue pavement marking and signal modification
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brookings certifies that all
work involved in the project will take place within the City's right-of-way, and that no additional
right-of-way or construction easements are required.
