BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, owner of the hereinafter described real property,
has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate
situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Lots 75, 76, 77, 78, 79&
80 of Santee Village, Indian Hills Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the
Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing
that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 30th day of April, 1996.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on Tuesday, Apri123,
1996, in the Commissioners' Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought up for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision an Ordinance proposing to
amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Brookings by rezoning the property described as:
the 5313.77, N333.77', W724.93', E849.93' of the NE1/4, SE1/4 of Section 35-T110N-
RSOW in the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota from a Residence R-lA
district to a Residence R-3A district (15th Street South&Medary Avenue South).
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.
