CONCURRING IN THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS ON NINTH STREET AT
SEVENTH AVENUE
WHEREAS, Chapter 34, Article XIII, Section 34-204 of the Revised Ordinance of the
City of Brookings, provides for approval by the Commission for placement of stop signs in
locations other than along through streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission concurs in the
recommendation of the Traffic Safety Committee and the Public Safety Commissioner and
approve the placement of stop signs on Ninth Street at Seventh Avenue.
Passed and approved this 19th day of March, 1996.
