BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Michael McClemans, owner of Block 1, McCleman's Addition has submitted
to the governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for an office in a
Residence/Mobile Home/Manufactured Housing.
WHEREAS, the following conditions have been stipulated as being part of the Conditional
Use Permit Application:
1. The office is restricted to the owner of the mobile home park.
2. The office shall only occupy lot 119 in the Sunny Meadows Mobile Home Park
3. The use is restricted to a mobile home sales office, court management office and/or
mobile home transport business office.
4. No residential use of the building is permitted while the building is used for office
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Conditional Use Permit is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 26th day of March, 1996.

NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota, to be held at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, March 26,
1996 in the Commission Chambers of City Hall, in said City, there will be brought for
consideration and adoption with or without amendment or revision a resolution proposing to
allow a Conditional Use Permit for:
Michael McClemans, owner of Block 1, McCleman's Addition for an office in a
Residence/Mobile Home/Manufactured Housing
At which time and place all persons interested will be given a full, fair and complete
hearing thereon.
