AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 116-95
CANCELLING CERTAIN OUTSTANDING CHECKS
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, has issued checks that have been outstanding for more
than two (2)years (1990-1993);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following amended amounts be
cancelled and the proper funds be credited:
General Fund $ 350.08
Water Fund $ 426.72
Electric Fund $ 246.36
Wastewater Fund $ (63.60)
Telephone Fund $ 2,489.85
Solid Waste Collection Fund $ 10.00
Total $ 3,459.41
Passed and approved this 30th day of January, 1996.
