AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR A STUDY OF ECONOMIC
AND SOCIAL IlVIPACT OF FUTURE ANNEXATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the City Commission
hereby approves an agreement which authorizes up to $30,000.00 in professional services from
Transystems Engineers and Planners of Denver, Colorado.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign the agreement on
behalf of the City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of Jan ary, 1996.
