BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WI�REAS, River Ridge Development Corporation, owner of the hereinafter described
real property has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real
estate situated within the governing boards jurisdiction in the County of Brookings in the State of
South Dakota to wit: Plat of Lots 42A and 42B of River Ridge Addition to the County of
Brookings, in the NW1/4, NW1/4 of Section 11, T109N, RSOW of the Sth P.M., Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in
a11 things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 9th day of January, 1996.
