AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE MAINTENANCE AND
ENCROACF�VIENT AGREEMENT WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT NUMBER P3301(6) PCEMS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings, to hereby authorize
the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment Agreement for State Aid Construction
Project P3301(6) PCEMS 5125 in Brookings, South Dakota. This project is as follows:
Structure deck repair on Medary Avenue over Six Mile Creek 0.1 mile north of US 14
ByPass in Brookings(Structure No. 06-170-149).
Passed and approved this 2nd day of January, 1996.
