HOUSE MOVING POLICY
WHEREAS, an AGREEMENT between the property owner and the City is required
before a building permit is issued to move a house into or within the City and
WHEREAS,the Commission desires to guarantee completion of house moving projects
as per the AGREEMENT between the property owner and the City
BE IT RESOLVED that is shall be the policy of the City Commission to require a
performance bond in an amount estimated by the Building Official to be necessary to complete
the improvements agreed to in the AGREEMENT whenever a house is moved into or within the
City or Three Mile zoned area.
Passed and approved this 30th day of December, 1997.
