RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IRS SECTION 125 CAFETERIA PLAN
DOCUMENT WITH FIRST AMERI AN ADMINI
C STRATORS
WHEREAS Resolution 82-93 adopted a Section 125 Cafeteria plan with Norwest Bank
South Dakota,N.A. effective January l, 1993; and
WHEREAS Norwest Bank South Dakota N.A. will cease providing administrarive
services to the cafeteria plan effective December 31, 1997.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Brookings City Commission that the
Commission hereby adopt the plan presented by First American Administrators entitled
Brookings Cafeteria Plan under Code Section 125 to cover all eligible employees, effective
January 1, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Human Resources Officer hereby be authorized
and directed to execute a Cafeteria Plan Document setting forth the terms and conditions of the
City of Brookings Plan.
