A RESOLUTION REVISING CERTAIN APPLICATION FEES TO THE CITY OF
BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA
BE IT RESOLVED that the application fees required under Section 30-2 of Chapter 30
shall be revised as follows, to wit:
30-2(b)(1) ChangeofZone $150.00
30-2(b)(2) Planned Development District $150.00
30-2(b)(3) Final Development Plan $ 50.00
30-2(b)(4) Major Amendment $150.00
30-2(b)(5) Minor Amendment $ 50.00
