RESOLUTION APPROVING SHORT TERM LOAN TO MULTIPLEX
WHEREAS the Brookings Area Multiplex Board has been formed, members appointed
and the Certificate of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State and
WHEREAS funds are required for start-up expenses and
WHEREAS the Multiplex Board is requesting a short term loan, in the amount of
$25,000.00, to be repaid by May 18, 1998.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Brookings City Commission hereby
authorizes $25,000.00, with no interest to be loaned to Multiplex Inc. for a six(6)month period.
Passed and approved this 18th day of November, 1997.
