RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER(CCO#2)FOR BROOKINGS
MULTI-PLEX CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the following change order be allowed
for the Brookings Multi-Plex Construction Project:
Construction Change Order Number 2
l. Delete the spread footings between rigid frame column pads and install and install
frost footing 8"x 4' 0"high at Lab/Research Building $ (4,000)
2. Provide manpower and equipment to rough grade the
access drive and prepare earthwork to receive payment 26 686
