RESOLUTION NO. 97-97
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the city Commission
hereby approves the transfer of the Liquor Operating Agreement from DBR&R Inc., DBA The
First Addition III to D.K.L. L.L.C. DBA Mr. D's Sports Bar and Eatery.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mr. D's Sports Bar&Eatery be known as manager
in said agreement.
