WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is owner of the truck described as follows, to-wit:
1982 Ford truck with aerial bucket #1FDPF70H2DVA23438
WHEREAS, the City has declared there is not valid purpose or reason for retaining the vehicle
and it is in the best interes�of the City to sell same, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota,that the
hereinbefore described vehicle shall be offered for sale in accordance with the provisions of SDCL 9-
2?-19 to 9-27-28, inclusive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following named persons are hereby appointed as
appraisers of the hereinbefore described property, said persons being freeholders within the
Municipality,to-wit:
Charlie Olson
A1 Kruse
Ted Kryger
