BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Pierce National Life Insurance Company, formerly known as Brookings
International Life Insurance Company, owner of the hereinafter described real property has submitted to
the governing board a proposed plat of Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Block 4 and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Block 9
of Pheasants Nest Addition to the City of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City
Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes
and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been executed according to the law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and are hereby in all
things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 8th day of July, 1997.
