A RESOLUTION FOR CONDITIONAL BID AWARD FOR CROSS AND RUNWAY
OVERLAY AND MAIN RUNWAY SEALING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission that the City of Brookings makes a conditional
award of the contract for Crosswind Runway Overlay and Main Runway Sealing(AIl' 3-46-0005-12)to
the low bidder as noted below:
Schedule I (crosswind runway overlay) Bowes Construction, BKX $260,367.50
Schedule II (Rwy 12/30 sealing) Bowes Construction, BKX $ 57,880.00
These awaxds are contingent upon approval by SDDOT and the FAA and upon receipt of a
Grant Offer of Federal Matching Funds for the project.
Passed and approved this 1 st day of July, 1997.
