RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL CHANGE ORDER(CCO #1 FINAL)FOR

BE IT RESOLVED By the City Commission that the following change order be allowed for the
Project 96-01 SWR(Schedule B)with B &B Concrete for the repair of sidewalk and curb and gutter.
Construction Change Order Number 1 Final
The final increase for a total of$7,109.16 to adjust final quantity payments to the"as built"
amounts and to compensate the contractor for changed condition.
A total of 51.5 working days are added to this contract resulting in no liquidated damages being
charged.
Passed and approved this 24th day of June, 1997.
