BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Prairie Hills LLC, owner of the hereinafter described real property, has
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the following described real estate situated in
the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit: Blocks 1 and 3 Prairie Hills Addition
to the City ofBrookings, located in government Lots 1 and 2 and the S1/2NE1/4 (also described
as the NE1/4) and the SE1/4 of Section 2, T109N, RSOW of the Sth P.M., Brookings County,
South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the proposed
plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and are hereby in
all things accepted and approved.
