WHEREAS, Frank E. Denholm, owner of the hereinafter described real property, has
submitted to the governing board a large scale residential development plan of the following
described real estate situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to wit:
Americana Addition in the NE1/4, SEl/4 Section 36-T110N-RSOW in the City of Brookings,
Brookings County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City having
examined the proposed large scale residential development plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plan is hereby approved with the
following modifications to the 1994 Revised Zoning Ordinance:
Circular driveways in the front yards and a maximum of 2 access drives per frontage shall
be permitted on Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 2.
Passed and approved this 13th day of May, 1997.
